Where things stand

HouseHack is coming soon to the App Store. There's no press coverage, award or user number to share yet, and we won't make any up. When there is something real, it will be on this page.

For journalists

HouseHack is an iPhone app. You share a home-care video, Pinterest pin, web page or photo to it, it writes out the steps the source actually gives, and it reminds you when the job is due again. It doesn't add steps, it doesn't verify them, and it flags electrical, gas, structural and chemical jobs instead of scheduling them.

We're happy to talk about how it works, what it deliberately won't do, and why.
